On Sunday afternoon, First Noncommissioned Officer, Hady Rashed Saleh, deputy of Beer Fadl Police Department, was killed by wanted outlaws who shot him dead while previewing a building landscape in Beer Fadl according to a complain issued by a citizen while indicated that five armed persons, led by Omar Al-Sembtik and Hamoud Abd Rabu, nicknamed as Hamoud Shukria, assaulted him and prevented him by force from building on a landscape that he legally owned. The complainant indicated that the armed persons demanded him to pay royalty to let him complete the building, that led him to file his complain the the police department asking for protection. When First Noncommissioned Officer, Hady Rashed Saleh, deputy of Beer Fadl Police Department, went to the identified place to verify the complaint, he was met by five persons who are wanted for criminal acts in Adan. They refused to give any reasons for their acts or even to go to the police department to complete official procedures saying that they don’t recognize security department or official authorities. This led deputy of Beer Fadl Police Department to return to the department to take a force and return to the complaint post. As he arrived, the armed persons opened their fire on him while descending from his car after taking cover behind sand mounds and some bullets hit him in several parts of his body causing his immediate death and several hits in his car while the armed persons escaped to Al-Basateen – Dar Saad. Security forces are now chasing the fugitives to arrest them. brigadier General Shallal Shaia, commander of Adan Security Department, ordered to form an investigation team under commandership of brigadier Saleh Mohamed Al-Kamly, chief of criminal investigations, with membership of a weapon expert and fingerprints expert. The commission previewed the crime scene, collected evidence and listened to eye-witnesses. The commission will file its report to Adan Security Department and Attorney General.
