Mexico surpasses Italy to become fourth largest country in the number of Corona victims

“Reuters” data showed that the number of corona virus deaths in Mexico exceeded 35 thousand cases, surpassing Italy to become the fourth largest country in the number of pandemic victims in the world after the United States, Brazil and Britain.

But left-wing President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador said the pandemic was “losing its power” in Mexico and blamed what he described as “conservative” media for spreading anxiety.

Mexico recorded 276 deaths and 4482 new infections, bringing the total number to 35006 deaths and 299750 cases, and Italy recorded 34,954 deaths and 243,061 cases
