Presidency of Southern Transitional Council holds its periodic meeting chaired by Major General Bin Brik

The Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council held on Monday, its periodic meeting, chaired by Major General Ahmed Saeed bin Brik, the Chairman of the National Assembly.
The meeting was attended by Mr. Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, Secretary-General of the General Secretariat of the Council’s Presidency, the Governor of the capital, Aden, and the Council’s ministers in the government, in which the presidency reviewed the decisions of its previous meeting and the level of achievement of the tasks related to electricity and water services, especially those related to securing water access from Abyan governorate to the capital, Aden, in addition to the completion of the technical steps and procedures that are agreed upon between the water institutions in Aden and Abyan under the supervision of the governor of Aden the capital.
In the meeting, the Presidency reviewed the final preparations for holding of the fourth session of the National Assembly at the end of this week, praising what has been accomplished in this regard for the success of the work of this important session.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Presidency listened to a detailed report on the progress of work in the various bodies of the Transitional Council, and decided what is necessary to improve their performance, and to enhance the role of the Transitional Council in a number of areas that are related to the lives of citizens.
