President Al-Zubaidi issues decision regarding filling tasks in specialized departments of Supreme Committee for Legal Affairs

The President of the Southern Transitional Council, President Aidarous Qassem Al-Zubaidi, issued Resolution No. 1 of the year 2022, regarding filling tasks in the assigned sections of the Supreme Committee for Legal Affairs.
The first article of the decision stipulates distributing the supervision tasks among the members of the committee over its specialized sections, without prejudice to the membership tasks specified in the decision to form it according to the following:
Dr. Saleh Ali Salem Al-Marfadi – Vice Chairman of the Committee, Supervisor of the Internal Legislation Department
Mohsen Ali Obaid – Secretary of the Committee
Judge\ Salah Rashid Hussein – Supervisor of the Department of Negotiation and International Relations
Dr. Ali Hamid Ahmed Al-Awlaki – Supervisor of the Legal Research and Studies Department
Dr. Abdulaziz Ali Hadi – Supervisor of the Department of Rights and Freedoms
Dr. Abdullah Ahmed Basohaib – Supervisor of the Monitoring and Evaluation Department
The second article of it stipulates that the aforementioned persons be assigned to perform the tasks in the specialized legal departments specified in front of each of them:
Yasser Ali Salem Ahmed – Assistant Supervisor of Research and Legal Studies Department
Shaker Mahfouz Binnish – Member of the Legal Research and Studies Department
Dr. Mohammed Muqbel Saif – Assistant Supervisor of the Internal Legislation Department
Mohsen Abd Saeed – Member of the Internal Legislation Department
Dr. Mohammed Saree Basarda – Member of the Internal Legislation Department
Dr. Abdul-Ghani Jubran Al-Zahr – Assistant Supervisor of the Department of Negotiation and International Relations
Dr. Tariq Ahmed Abadi Ali – Member of the Department of Negotiation and International Relations
Zaid Ali Hassan Al-Idrisi – Assistant Supervisor of the Department of Rights and Freedoms
Ibtisam Shawqi Shafiq Ali – Member of the Rights and Freedoms Department
Dr. Ahmed Salem Mohammed Al-Junaidi – Assistant Supervisor of the Monitoring and Evaluation Department
Dr. Aboud Abdullah Saad – Member of the Monitoring and Evaluation Department
Jassar Farouk Mohammed Makkawi – Member of the Monitoring and Evaluation Department
Majed Mohammed Ali Al-Hamdi – Assistant Secretary of the Committee
Ameed Mohammed Ali Mohsen – Secretary and Follow-up Officer
Khaled Farouk Ismail Khudabakhash – Computer and Legal Library
The third article of the decision stipulates that the assignment to last for a period of six months, and the appointment decision is issued in light of the results of the performance evaluation.
The last article of the decision also stipulates to be implemented from the date of its issuance, and to be published on media outlets of the Southern Transitional Council.
