Southern Resistance in Toursa – Al-Azarek blocks an Attack of Al-Houthis Over Al-Shagfa
[su_label type=”info”]SMA News – Al-Dhala’a – Exclusive[/su_label][su_spacer size=”10″][su_dropcap]A[/su_dropcap]l-Houthi Militias launched a violent attack over some posts of the southern militias in Gebel Al-Shagaf, a strategic post west of Al-Azarek – Al-Dhala’a, but the southern resistance forces managed to block the attack.
Lieutenant Mohamed Al-Zeeb, commander of the second platoon of Al-Shaheed Abu Gamal’s Battalion, indicated that Al-Houthis launched their attack on Gebel Al-Shagaf, a strategic post west of Al-Azarek – Al-Dhala’a, using all types of light, medium and heavy weapons to control the post but the southern resistance retaliated heavily and clashes are still on going.
Al-Zeeb, who appreciated the heroic deeds of southern resistance soldiers, asserted that the attack was exhausted and Al-Houthis are suffering severe loses. It is noteworthy that Al-Houthis are sending military reinforcements from Mawia to Baher since last week.
