UAE Red Crescent Signs an Agreement for Constructing a Water Pumping Unit in Gol Al-Rida

[su_label type=”info”]SMA News – Shabwa – Exclusive [/su_label][su_spacer size=”10″] UAE Red Crescent signed an agreement for constructing a water pumping unit run by solar energy in Gol Al-Rida – Maifaa as more than 2000 citizens may benefit from it. The agreement was signed with attendance of Mohamed Saif Al-Muhiry, representative of UAE RC in Shabwa, Nasser Ba Oam, general director of rural water supplies association and a representative for Ba Hanga contracting Office that will construct the unit. Al-Muhairy indicated that the project represents UAE concern about humanitarian situations in Yemen in general and the liberated areas in specific. He added that the project will improve living conditions of citizens who lack fresh water for daily use and irrigation. In return, Nasser Ba Oam thanked UAE government for their infrastructure projects that work on improving living conditions of citizens affected by the crisis in the liberated areas.
