Stores were closed and streets looked totally deserted.
Several sources indicated that Southern Giants Brigades controlled Al-Durihamy directorate and are approaching Al-Hodeida Air Port, indicating that firs-class leaders of Al-Houthis ran away from Al-Hodeida. Southern Giants Brigades cleared all liberated territories from Al-Houthis pockets and found massive amounts of “Iranian” land mines, ammunition and weapons that the militias abandoned while running away.
The battel of liberating Al-Hodeida city and seaport entered a new stage after the major victories achieved during the past 72 hours that led to the destruction and collapse of Al-Houthis’ defenses. A huge number of Al-Houthis were killed during clashes with Southern Giants Brigades in Al-Durihamy directorate as they suffered severe loses that led their leader, Abd Al-Malek Al-Houthi, to beg his militants not to run away.
