Woman leader in Transitional Council: Southern women form striking force on the ground
In a press statement by the woman Southern leader, and Deputy of the Human Rights Committee in the National Assembly, Ms. Siham Al-Radfani, during the declaration of the Women’s Committee for Reconciliation and Peace, which was held in the headquarters of the Transitional Council in Aden the capital .. Al-Radfani said that southern women are a striking force on the land of the South, for their contributions and participation with men in rebuilding the state institutions, after she was forbidden under the disastrous Yemeni unity.
Al-Radfani added by saying that the southern women’s bloc is considered to be a women’s entity that addresses the international world to be recognized with the southern issue and its fairness to the world opinion.
Al-Radfani concluded her statement by saying: the women are the basic building block in all contemporary and modern societies, and the southern women have formed this feminine entity in order to support and participate with the southern man in all the sovereign institutions of the state.
